Follow the Thread is a narrative game where you play as the female protagonist Emese who is a newly hired fashion worker, passionate to enter the industry.

What she doesn't know is that she's actually getting herself into a horrible fast fashion factory where she as a person isn't valued and is instead seen as a tool who must work as efficiently as possible.

Work through six days of Emese's journey as she slowly learns the harsh reality of the industry she's entered by playing through menial tasks such as sewing, ironing and folding.

LMB - Examine someone / an object

Sewing Mini-game

W - Move fabric forward

A  - Move fabric left

S - Move fabric backward

D - Move fabric right

Hold LMB - Rotate fabric

Spacebar - Begin sewing

Ironing Mini-game

Mouse - Controls iron

Hold LMB - Lowers iron

I've played it! The atmosphere is dark, but I found it very captivating and true-to-life. It's alarming to think that situations like the one depicted in the game exist all over the world, with factories run by foreign companies being built in countries where employment opportunities are scarce. Thank you very much for creating such a fantastic piece of work.
